An NFI Certified Fireplace Installer understands how specific products are correctly installed, what the code requirements are for each appliance type, and what the consequences of non-compliant installations are. When we recommend a product or an installation approach in the consultation, that recommendation reflects product-specific expertise, not sales incentive.

For most projects, the site visit is the next step after the consultation. We assess the installation location in person, confirm the specifications from the phone call, and produce a written proposal with itemized scope, product specifications, permit requirements, and total cost. No vague estimates. No surprises after you sign.
One thing we never do:
We do not follow up repeatedly after a consultation if you have not indicated you want to move forward. We will send one follow-up after the call to confirm you have what you need. After that, the next move is yours. We have been in this market since 1982. We do not need to pressure anyone.
